Our 50th Anniversary Celebration on January 12, 2019, was an unforgettable evening as our presenters told the story of the confluence of events, conversations, and people that brought SAR to this point. The word that continues to be shared is "pride", a pride of belonging, a pride of mission, and a pride of our community's identity as we honor our past and envision our future.
Throughout the program our principals, founders, and alumni beautifully conveyed how the values that are central to the educational philosophy of the school, are carefully crafted into the SAR culture and curriculum. A philosophy that incorporates Torah values of humility, compassion, simcha, and approaches each child as a Tzelem Elokim--and inspires each student to be his/her best self. Our community was energized, with a clear directive of the responsibility we each have to our children and future generations to uphold these values.

We extend a tremendous hakarat hatov to all the members of our community for your compassion and active participation. Because of you, SAR is able to provide an outstanding education to every student.
Most of all, thank you to our entire volunteer team, and faculty and staff, who worked to make this campaign and evening a success.
As we continue our 50th Anniversary, there are still so many more stories to write and share. If you would like to submit your own story within our 50 Spectacular Stories Project, click here.
